Job Placement and Retention Services
Most comprehensive service for those seeking hands-on guidance during their career journey
Career placement from job-search through 90-days post-hire. Available through partnership with DEED/Vocational Rehabilitation Services
Services include support with developing or updating job-seeker credential materials, such as resumes and cover letters; sourcing leads, applying for employment and interview skills training as well as assistance throughout the first 90-days of employment.
Job Seeking Skills
Resume and cover letter editing and composition
Interview skills training and preparation
Job Exploration Counseling
Exploring your career interests, labor market, in-demand careers and non-traditional employment opportunities. Determining your career path and beginning to set goals
Post-Secondary Education Counseling
Designed to empower students to be educated and informed about post-secondary options and their impact. Typical activities include support with postsecondary enrollment, identifying post-secondary education options, learning about how to apply for financial aid, and learning about supports and resources to succeed in a postsecondary education setting
Workplace Readiness Training
Ideal for those preparing for their first job, transitioning to a new industry, or looking to refine their soft skills in the workplace.

Self- Advocacy
Speaking up for yourself can seem daunting, but it is extremely important! Self-Advocacy services focus on advocating for your strengths, the process for requesting accommodations, and your personal rights and responsibilities in the workplace

For those ready to explore the workforce through a job experience.
